 FAQs

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchasing. Unwashed, unworn, unused items are valid for return. Items showing signs of wear including but not limited to perfume scent, makeup marks, stains, or traces of animal hair are invalid for return and no refund will be issued.

    To begin your return, email contact@liliesofthefieldco.com and we will send you a return shipping label. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response from our team.

    After your return has been received and inspected, contact@liliesofthefieldco.com will send an email notifying you of your return acceptance or rejection and the status of your refund. If your return is accepted, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

    We thoroughly inspect items prior to shipping, but in the case that a customer receives a defective item, the customer must report to it to contact@liliesofthefieldco.com within 5 days of order receipt. An exchange for the same item will be issued upon exchange approval. We reserve the right refuse any defective return that we believe has been damaged by the customer.

    Shipping charges are free for your first 30 returns; after 30 returns shipping charges will be deducted from your applicable refund.

  • We do not restock items or sizes at this time. In order to keep our inventory fresh, we launch collections seasonally and carry those items until they sell out. If an item catches your eye, grab it before the next collection drops!

  • You can shop online 24/7!

    We can be found in-person at select events in Colorado. Follow us on social media for the most up-to-date information about in-person events. We can’t wait to see you soon!

  • We get it, sizing can be tricky!

    You are welcome to try items on at any of our in-person events.

    For online shopping, we have thoughtfully included sizing tips in the description of each individual item to help you find your perfect fit.

    If an items doesn’t fit, we are happy to help facilitate an exchange for the correct size!
